Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the management of the 737 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised Terms.

This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the minimum required age and are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 737 Platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your information current should any changes occur. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in account closure and the freezing of associated funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

  • Do not share your password with anyone.
  • Log out after every session on shared devices.
  • Use a strong, unique password for your 737 account.

Payment, Deposit and Transaction Information in MYR

Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability

Users are prohibited from using the 737 Platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, money laundering, system manipulation, or the use of unauthorised third-party software to exploit the platform.

737 management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including technical disruptions, system errors, or unauthorised third-party access beyond our control.

737 Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access at any time without prior notice if these Terms are breached, or if management determines that such action is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other users.

Account Policy — Suspension and Closure

A user account may be suspended or closed under the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any part of these Terms.
  • Providing false information during registration or verification.
  • Fraud, attempted fraud, or behaviour suspected of involving money laundering.
  • Multiple accounts registered by the same individual.
  • Account closure requested by the user.
  • Prolonged account inactivity as defined by the current platform policy.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, funds in the account may be frozen while an investigation is carried out. The final decision regarding the release or disposal of funds is at the sole discretion of 737 management and subject to applicable legal requirements.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Amendments to Terms

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, user interfaces, software, and other materials on the 737 Platform are the exclusive property of the platform management or its respective licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent.

737 Platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. Such links are provided for informational convenience only. 737 management does not endorse, take responsibility for, or have control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

737 management reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
